On the main screen, you'll see the question "Did you move closer today to who you want to be?" with three buttons: Closer, Same, and Further. Tap the one that feels most honest. That's it — it takes about 3 seconds. You can also answer directly from the Home Screen widget or from the daily notification.

Yes. You can change today's answer at any time by simply tapping a different response. Your previous selection will be replaced. There are no confirmation dialogs — the chart updates immediately.

The chart shows your cumulative direction over time. Each "Closer" nudges the line up, "Further" nudges it down, and "Same" keeps it flat. The line breaks at skipped days, making gaps visible. The overall shape reveals your long-term trend — not perfection, but direction.

Open the App, go to Settings, and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all trajectory data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Security rules ensure that only you can access your own data — no other user or unauthorized party can read or modify your entries.
